TVCC PTK Celebrates the Leaders of Tomorrow

Trinity Valley Community College Phi Theta Kappa (TVCC PTK) celebrates the Leaders of Tomorrow in the community independent school districts.

On Friday, September 27, PTK hosted the twenty-first annual Leaders of Tomorrow Conference and Awards Ceremony. The Leaders of Tomorrow honors the top three senior high school class leaders at high schools in TVCC’s service area each year. Each high school in TVCC’s service area is invited to choose their top three senior class leaders each year.

Approximately 50 high school leaders, their counselors, and guests attended the educational conference, focusing this year on “Servant Leadership”, and/or the awards ceremony. The students are honored with a short presentation on Servant Leadership taken from the International PTK Honors Society’s Leadership Development Program and award their acrylic engraved awards. This is a significant honor for the winners since they are chosen by their high schools as the most promising senior class leaders of 2024-2025. TVCC President Dr. Jason Morrison gave the keynote address and took a group picture with the winners and their Counselors.
