TVCC Workforce Education: Empowering the Community, One Career at a Time

Trinity Valley Community College’s Workforce Education is making a profound impact across the region, offering programs designed to meet the demands of today’s job market while empowering individuals to secure rewarding careers.

Offering high-demand certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training, welding, plumbing, and cosmetology, TVCC prepares graduates for jobs that are essential both locally and nationally. To accommodate diverse needs, the college provides flexible learning options, including day, evening, and online classes, making education accessible for those balancing work or family commitments.

By boosting employment rates, fostering partnerships with local businesses to align training with industry needs, and building a skilled workforce, TVCC contributes to the prosperity of the entire community. According to a recent study by Lightcast, the leading provider of economic impact studies and labor market data, TVCC supported 3,502 jobs in the region in 2023, meaning one out of every 47 jobs is connected to TVCC.
